This is going to be my first blog post on SUPERFRUITS! I am very excited to share with you guys the nutritional facts of more than 100 super fruits that you may not know existed! You may have planted them at the back of your home or you may have had them everyday as part of your daily meal!

I look up to every woman who stand up for each other and especially for themselves. Woman empowering another woman is what make us woman stronger by days.
I’m going to share to you that one woman who taught me to stand up for myself, for being who I want to be, what I want to be, and most importantly helped me to discover who I really am. That woman who taught me that ‘Its Ok to be different‘,’Its Ok to be misunderstood‘, she taught me that ‘Fear is not an option‘ and that ‘Its Ok to do small things but put your heart into it‘ and that ‘Everything will be fine’. Cause what matter the most is not how others define you, but how you see yourself. That woman who maybe a nobody to the rest but the one who has been shaping and leading my life as a strong, independent, devoted wife and a Mother. My Mother.
